Established in 1989, Venture Tech Corporation provides broad based experience and personalized service to new ventures and executive coaching. Founder and owner Ralph Alterowitz, with his high tech industry executive experience, has kept VTC small in order to combine highly personalized consultations to management in addressing their corporate as well as management issues.
During it’s 20 years of high level performance, the company has helped its clients establish independent and corporate ventures, manage North American operations for foreign companies, and license intellectual property. Additionally, VTC specializes in transactions, mergers and intellectual property of less than 5 million dollars.
